The WASTE STOP detects optically wastes and flies deposited on warps, the sheatof which is in one plane. The WASTE STOP stops to a warper by detecting yarn defects according to the sensitivity dial. Taking wastes and flies away, the following troubles must be prevented in advance. * Yarn break and coiling in sizing. * Tight warps, slack warps and flouts on loom. * Machine stop due to yarn break. The WASTE STOP acts as operator's eyes for detecting wastes and flies. So, one operator can handle more than two warpers. Sensitivity setting can be done directly by the dial.
